Gift Card/Vouchers are valid for three years from date of purchase.

Gift Card/Vouchers can be used at any time for treatments (not products) at K Beauty Spa Waterfront.

A 24 hour notice period is required for cancellation and rescheduling

Should cancellation/rescheduling not be made in time a full treatment fee will be charged

All prices are subject to change without prior notice

Products purchased online  may only be  returned directly to K SPA  Waterfront  for a  full refund, replacement or exchange, provided you have the original tax invoice, and items are returned unopened and in its original packaging  within 5 working days from date of purchase. The original tax invoice is the online dispatch note, which you would have received via e-mail. Gift cards purchased may not be refunded. We do not guarantee that you will automatically be refunded. The decision to refund is sorely at the manager’s discretion of the store and whether the product is in a sealable condition.

Free Delivery Nationwide on all orders from R700. (South Africa only). A standard delivery fee of R35 is charged locally (WC) and R75 nationally. All orders needs to be placed before 12h00 for same day delivery. If the is placed after 12 it will take a day (WC only). All national deliveries to JHB, Pretoria and Durban will arrive approximately 2-3 days.
